1.1 - How do I order?
Shop for the item you wish to purchase, click "Add To Cart" and then click "Check Out". Ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchase and payment. -
1.2 - I have a problem adding an item to my shopping cart?
You will only be able to add an item to cart as long as it's available and in stock. -
1.3 - How do I pay for my orders?
We accept all major credit and debit cards such as Mastercard, VISA. -
1.4 - Can I pay for my order in instalments?
We currently offer Clearpay and Klarna.
(check out as 'guest' if neither option appears). -
1.5 - Can I amend my order?
Unfortunately we are unable to amend an order once it has been placed. This will allow us to pack your orders efficiently and to minimize errors. It is advisable to check over your order before placing it. -
1.6 - I have a discount code, how can I use it?
Add Item to Cart, click "Checkout" and then "Show Order Summary". Enter the discount code and proceed. -
1.7 - How will I know if my order is confirmed?
After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement message on screen and an e-mail from us to confirm that your order has been successful. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified. -
1.8 - Colour Disclaimer
Actual product colour may vary from the images shown. Every monitor or mobile display has a different capability to display colours, and every individual may see these colours differently. In addition, flash or lighting conditions at the time the photo was taken can also affect the image's colour and preference.
- 2.1 - When will my order be dispatched?
Orders before 2pm are dispatched the same day. (excluding weekends & bank holidays) -
2.2 - How long will it take for me to receive my order?
United Kingdom - Next Working Day*.
Northern Ireland - 1-3 Working Days*.

2.4 - Shipping options and rates?
These are calculated on checkout. -
2.5 - I've provided the wrong shipping details at checkout?
All orders will be sent to the shipping address provided at checkout by the customer. It is the customers responsibility to provide correct shipping details before confirming their purchase. Unfortunately, once the order has been placed, we are unable to amend shipping details and it is then between the customer and the shipping carrier to resolve a solution. If the item is returned back to sender, we will then issue you a refund (minus the original shipping costs) to the original payment method (allow 5-10 working days to process). -
2.6 - I’ve purchased the wrong size!?
It is the customers responsibility to follow the size guide before purchasing. "Start A Return" and we will assist you accordingly. -
2.7 - I’ve received an incorrect item, what should I do?
We apologize for sending you the wrong item. "Start A Return" and we will assist you accordingly. -
2.8 - I’ve received a faulty item, what should I do?
On rare occasions if you have received a faulty item from us. "Start A Return" and we will assist you accordingly. (photo & video evidence of the fault must be sent to us via email within 5 days of receiving your item. -
2.9 - Missed Delivery or Damaged Parcel?
Missed Delivery: Royal Mail will hold your order for 18 days. If you do not collect within this timeframe, the order is then returned back to Luciano Fashion. We will then issue you a refund (minus the original shipping costs) to the original payment method (allow 5-10 working days to process).
Damaged Parcel: If a parcel arrives damaged, please 'Do Not Sign' for the parcel and ask the courier to 'Return to Sender'. Once the parcel has been accepted by the customer, Luciano Fashion Limited will hold no responsibility for any damaged or missing items.

3.1 - How do I Return my Item?

If your return request is 'Accepted', you will receive shipping instructions via email (check spam/junk folder). - 3.3 - Return Request 'Rejected', What Next?
If your return request is 'Rejected', your request has failed to meet our Returns Policy and unfortunately we cannot offer a return for the item. - 3.4 - I have Returned an Item for Refund, What Next?
You must return your order within 14 days of delivery. Our returns department will then inspect the item(s) and if it meets with our returns T's & C's, we will proceed with your refund minus the original shipping costs (allow 5-10 working days to process back to the original payment method). If you created a return within 14 days of delivery but we receive it outside our 14 day returns policy, store credit totaling the same value of the items will be sent to the registered email address of the customer. -
3.5 - Can I Exchange my Order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges due to the huge rise in shippping costs. Alternatively, you can return your order above and re-order via our website. -
3.6 - Shipping Charges?
The customer is responsible for return shipping charges (we advise using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the item and obtain proof of postage).
